I could not be more proud this week. Demetrye passed his State Real Estate exam and is gearing up to start working next week. He did SO wonderful on the test–he completed it in less than 2 hours (applicants are normally given 5 hours).
Demetrye “hired” me to do his head shots for the business card (my wages were: a hug and a kiss… and will be so much more once he starts selling 
). Isn’t he handsome?
