Mother’s are amazing! When God looked into the future of the Earth and saw all the troubles, He gave us a piece of Himself to comfort and love us—through our Mothers.

Out all things in my life that I wish I could change, I would NEVER want to change this one—having a different Mother than my own. She is my hero, my example, my anchor. I call her when I need a prayer, give her a hug when I need human warmth… and butt heads with her because I am just like her. But I would never have it any other way. If I had one wish to come true, I would wish that she could live forever… here, on Earth that is.

As the time is passing and slipping through our fingers, I see my Mom change. She had me when she was 47; she is now nearing her 81st birthday. I cringe at the thought of not having her when I need her, not being able to get a whiff of her hair when I hug her. And all this makes me think of how much more I need to celebrate her life—HER, while she is here, in the NOW!mothers day special longview wa photographer

Do you have a Mom like that too? Or a wife that is the most amazing Mother?  If you do, don’t let a moment slip by! Create memories with her and for her! Every moment matters!

To help you—all of the lovely kids with lovely mothers—I am running a very special Mother’s Day Photo Session offer. Book a session for your Mom and she will get a 11×14 print of her favorite image from the session OR a 3×3 Accordion Brag-Book with 10 of her most favorite images! [Value $50]  That’s a gift on ME :) because I think Mothers are what holds our world together.

Tell your Mom that you love her and treat her to her very own Modern Lifestyle Photography Session in Longview/Kelso WA [or anywhere nearby areas] with me [Elena].

To schedule an appointment for your Mom call me at 360-355-7370 or e-mail through the Contact page on this blog!

The Special is valid through this weekend only–but the session can be scheduled within one month of booking.

If you are a fabulous Mom who wants to treat herself to a session with me–take advantage of this offer!

One more amazing week. A couple more stunning sessions.

I don’t know why and how, but I always end up with the most beautiful clients—inside and out. Last week was no exception. Alexis was my last minute booking for a Saturday session. We did not even get to meet until she stepped out of her car, ready to go.

She was gorgeous, but at the same time she exuded quite internal beauty. A serious look, although quite doable for her did not really belong on her face. She was born to smile! When she did it felt like being caressed by a gentle breeze in the midst of unpredictable Washington weather.

Here are a few favorites from last week’s stunning Modern Photography session in Longview, WA.

We weathered the rain…

I loved the overcase skies, and it seems that the skies loved Alexis :)

Then we took off to the Willow Grove beach to trash Alexis’ prom dress… or should I say we celebrated it and gave it a worthy farewell?! :)

As fun as the next few images look, I can tell you–the water was FREEZING! How do I know that?  I got into it along with Alexis!

The whole session was amazing, but this image is my absolute favorite!  The sun came out for a SPLIT second and Alexis had fun.  It makes me want to blow up this image to the largest size possible.

I heard that Alexis is having her wisdom teeth pulled today.  I hope that when she gets back home and sees these images they will brighten up her day a little.

Alexis, get well! I can’t wait to show you the rest of your images. It was really hard not to post all of them.
